The Bad Beggining

If I was writing a review about Danny the champion of the world, I would write that it was the best book I had ever ever EVER EVER EVER read in my whole life!

but sadly, I am not. I am writing a report about the bad beggining, so I will try and make it as un- miserable as I can.

The Bad Beggining was written by "Lemony Snicket"

It was a good book because it had good characters.

The characters were often feeling sad, lonely and bad, apart from when they are in a library, when they are happy.

It has a lot of good words in it and has many times when you are on the edge of your seat.

it is very sad, but addictive

Signing off,
Alex

Sadako and the thousand paper cranes

The book "Sadako and the thousand paper cranes" is based on a true story.

A girl called Sadako, who gets a disease called Leukemia. She fights for life, but in the end she loses.

This book is great. It keeps you interested, and it can make you happy or sad.
In my opinion, i think it's a good book, i recommend it to years 5-6-7. Also, the book is short ans easy to read!

i would rate it a 4 star book!

Senior Class Blog

The book "Dont pat the wombat!" is a true story by Elizabeth Honey.

The characters are all very interesting with their own unique personality and the settings and storyline were very discitive.

The story is about a group of mates going on their Senior Class Camp. It is a story about friendship and humor.

I would recemend this book to senior classes.

I would rate the book....

HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS

J.K rowling just knocked me off my feet with the last instalment of the Harry Potter series.
It had action / romance and bad guys all the right stuff to make a wonderfull novel.I wont reveal much but the myth about harry dying is true sad sad or is it ?
You also see the true miss weasly when her daughters life is threatend.
We also see the return of 1 of our most favourite pople but who.
many die many survive many show their true colours and many switch sides.

Sticky Beak by Morris Gleitzman

I read sticky beak for the premiers reading challenge. I thought about it and it was a really good book.

Morris Gleitzman is really good at using things that happen in every day life, and turning them into a catastrophic book.

I love the way the bird, sticky, went on and off, sometimes he was quiet, sometimes he was naughty.

I really like the way Darren Peck, the tough guy, always kept crying but I especially loved the way the jelly custard suprise always ends up all over everybody.

I rate this book 91/2 out of 10. I recommend this book for those who want to know someone who has the same prblems as them. A book for all ages.

Thanks for reading!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Selby Splits

Selby Splits is a great book for years 5, 6 and 7. It is a collection of short stories about the only talking dog in Australia and maybe even the world!
His name is Selby and he lives with his owners Dr and Mrs Trifle in Bogusville. Selby learned how to talk after watching a TV show with his owners. He can also read and write too.
He goes on all kinds of zany adventures from being a police dog in New York to having his reflection come out the mirror.
Selby Splits is a funny, crazy and excellent book that I think you wil like.

Thanks for reading my post,
William

Book-angel
Written by-Phil Cummings

~I really like this book because of the friendship that the two brothers shared.Even though the other brother is an Angel.

~I liked the way the book was explained. The author really understood the characters and what they would be feeling. He used very good Adjectives

~I think it is a very good book to read because every one goes through the sage of feeling lonely and this is what the two brothers feel.

~If you are going through a tough time this is the book to read.I allows you to see the light in everything no matter how you are feeling.

~I would recomend this book to any one who likes a good story about life.Or who likes to Cry!This is a great insparation story. So read this book!
